The Raw Card Review Process

Our Grading Guarantee (GG)

Grading cards is a subjective process and sometimes misses the mark. We have cracked and resubmitted many cards for better grades.  However, if we miss by more than 1 grade we will not charge the $3 grading fee or we will crack and re-review the card for free. Additionally, there are no sub fees for re-submission, you only cover the grading costs. For example, if we assign your card a 9-10 and it gets a 7, that is more than 1 grade off.  In this case you could choose between no submission fee or a free crack and re-review.

If we miss by 1 grade or less we offer a free crack and re-review.  For example, if we assign your card a 9-10 and it gets an 8 or 8.5.
