It's recommended that each raw card is put in a penny sleeve and secured in a top loader, semi-rigid holder, or a magnetic hard case. Put your secured cards in a team bag, or similar, and sandwich between cardboard slabs.  Use painter's tape to secure the cardboard slabs.  Place in a box with sufficient padding.  PSA does a good job of illustrating the process, a link to their webpage is below. PSA does not recommend using a team bag, however, we do.
